Fair returns. Two rules.
We accept returns for damaged, defective or wrong items — with two conditions that are not negotiable.
Two mandatory conditions
1. Within 24 hours of delivery
Raise the return request within 24 hours of the parcel being marked delivered. We can't accept requests raised after this window.
2. Unboxing video is mandatory
One uncut video of the sealed parcel being opened, with the delivery executive's face clearly visible in the same clip. Screenshots or edited clips are not accepted.
Standard policy
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items shipped.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after inspection.
- Reverse pickup is free where serviceable; self ship is reimbursed on approval.
- Innerwear, perishables, and personal care items are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
How to raise a return
- Email blankstore98@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and the unboxing video.
- We reply within 24 hours with a return authorization and pickup slot.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is initiated.
