How long does delivery take?+
Most orders arrive in 5 to 6 business days. We hand check and pack each order in Gurugram, then dispatch via a tracked courier.
Are the products real?+
Yes. Every item is bought, inspected and stored by us. No dropshipping, no marketplace rerouting.
What payment methods do you accept?+
UPI, all major debit and credit cards, netbanking, wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay), EMI on eligible cards, and Cash on Delivery on select pincodes — all through Razorpay.
Can I return a product?+
Yes, within 24 hours of delivery and with a mandatory unedited unboxing video that shows the delivery executive's face. See the full policy on the Returns page.
Do you ship outside India?+
Not yet. We currently ship pan India only.
When do you drop new products?+
Every alternate Thursday at 8:00 PM IST. Subscribe to the drop list to get the alert.
How do I track my order?+
